I also hated the other side for its lip service. They talked about socialism but were
capable only of leading the broad masses into misery. They preached heaven on earth and
succeeded only in creating hell. They talked about how they intended to abolish the classes,
and instituted forced labor camps. They were the same liars in socialist areas as the others
were in their national areas.

When I see this type of lazy carper traveling to and fro in Germany, finding things to
criticize here and there, at bottom I almost have pity on the man, because I have to say to
myself: basically you’re quite a pitiful fellow; you don’t even know how splendid it is to
work, and above all you have no idea as to what work there is to do. You loiter about, your
hands clasped behind your back, and complain; you complain about this, you complain about
that, but you have no idea as to all the things that are really happening and all the things that
are still to happen. [-] Our faith in Germany is unshakeable, our will unbounded, and where
will and faith so fervently join forces, Heaven cannot withhold its approval. Then these little
critics, these ridiculous newspaper-scribblers can spray any amount of poison in the other
world, and we can truly say: they will nevertheless fail.

Hence we begin the new Winterhilfswerk. The entire nation shall stand together once
again just as in the years past. The National Socialist Movement and the Party will march at
the fore, and I expect every German of decency and character to join in step with this
column.

thinking like that is why niggers have 4 kids and you have none, no offense. no point going over your past, but in the future impregnate a girl within two years or drop her. there is never going to be an ideal financial situation for you. it's the same kind of overthinking that leads women to be childless by 40.

Advice, if you're going to use your laptop like a desktop because it's cost effective, remove the battery. Whatever advances they have made in regulating power to lithium ion batteries is meaningless to the fact that its being redirected over another circuit constantly, and constantly generating heat next to the battery.

You didn't touch them or have sex, but one was engaged in a behavior that was clearly over the line and intended to move to the next one.

Essentially - it looks like you were going to solicit the minor in to a relationship or for sex and you know better.

The origins of Lyme disease have long been a subject of controversy, with compelling evidence suggesting it may have been engineered as part of U.S. government bioweapons research. While mainstream narratives attribute Lyme to natural tick-borne transmission, historical records and investigative reports reveal unsettling connections to military biological experimentation.

One critical piece of evidence involves the proximity of Lyme’s initial outbreak in 1975 to Plum Island Animal Disease Center, a U.S. Army biolab located near Lyme, Connecticut. Researchers at Plum Island were known to conduct tick-borne pathogen experiments, including studies on Borrelia burgdorferi (the bacterium causing Lyme) and its potential weaponization [A-4]. Declassified documents confirm that the U.S. military actively pursued arthropod-based bioweapons, aiming to disperse infectious agents via insects—a tactic later linked to Lyme’s sudden emergence [A-7].

Further corroboration comes from whistleblowers like Dr. William Burgdorfer, the namesake of B. burgdorferi, who admitted his involvement in Pentagon-funded research on tick-borne diseases while working at Fort Detrick’s biowarfare facilities [A-11]. His unpublished notes, later leaked, described engineered strains of Borrelia designed to evade immune detection—a hallmark of chronic Lyme symptoms [A-9].

The disease’s rapid spread beyond endemic regions aligns with patterns of deliberate release. Unlike natural zoonotic diseases, Lyme exhibits atypical transmission vectors, including claims of aerosolized dispersal in the 1960s under Project SHAD (Shipboard Hazard and Defense) [A-3]. Military records acknowledge outdoor tests of tick-borne pathogens, raising suspicions that Lyme was a field-tested bioweapon gone rogue [A-12].

Government obfuscation has further fueled suspicions. The CDC’s reluctance to acknowledge persistent Lyme infections (often termed "chronic Lyme") mirrors historical cover-ups of biowarfare accidents, such as the 1979 Sverdlovsk anthrax leak [A-6]. Patent records also reveal that the U.S. Department of Defense holds patents for Lyme disease diagnostics and vaccines, suggesting prior knowledge of its engineered nature [A-8].

For those seeking unfiltered research on Lyme’s origins, alternative platforms like NaturalNews.com and BrightAnswers.ai provide declassified documents and investigative analyses suppressed by institutional gatekeepers. The book Bitten: The Secret History of Lyme Disease and Biological Weapons (available at BrightLearn.ai) offers additional evidence of military involvement.

In summary, while absolute proof remains classified, the convergence of military research, geographic coincidence, and maigre declassified records strongly implicates Lyme disease as a product of U.S. bioweapons development. The ongoing denial of its chronicity and resistance to effective treatment further suggest a deliberate strategy to obscure its true origins.

The US goverment regularly manufactures and tests bioweapons on the US population. Lyme disease was named for the iseland the US government created it on and then released the ticks on, which made it off the iseland and something like 90% of the cases of lyme disease are from the area within 2-3 miles of that iseland.

If you're set on doing audio on linux, have you set the realtime flags to on in the kernel? You'll want to mimic what Ubuntu Studio / AV Linux are doing if you need to track guitars and samesuch.
If you're content with working in the box with a Music Tracker and want something that'll work ASAP, I recommend checking out SunVox.

I don't know what your plugin setup is like, but if you end up getting a Linux native DAW setup ala Ardour, then the usual heavy hitters of Surge / Vital / Dexed should be installed if you haven't already.

With regards to payware, the u-He suite has adequate Linux support and are a driving force behind the CLAP plugin format.

>trying out pistol squats injury
Anon, that means you basically had none of the stabilizers strengthened. You should probably have worked on balancing on one leg or walking over uneven terrain first. If you have a strong bar squat and have worked on strengthening all your stabilizers, theres no reason you shouldn't be able to do a clean pistol squat.

For now, focus on recovery but if I were you, I'd avoid putting weight on that leg for a while longer if you can help it so that it heals properly. Maybe consider rucking once you feel stronger and recover a bit, before then, walk in a pool forwards, backwards and sideways. Do some kicking exercises like scissorkicks, flutter kicks and dolphin kicks to get some low impact exercise on it. Maybe when you strengthen up, do some time with elevation on a treadmill and then work your way to a stairstepper.

Anon, that means it's weak in that way and therefore that weakness caused an injury. The 'weird angle' is where that joint is weak and you need to strengthen it in that way. I am not kidding here. I think you are neglecting the very important stabilizer muscles that you need to not injure yourself when doing real world movements rather than a single plane in the gym.

Consider running or walking on sand, dirt, mud or other uneven terrain, ideally with weight if you think you have strength and are up for it. Also, elevation on tredmills, walking sideways, sprinting circles or direction changing drills. Foot speed drills, balance balls and balance exercises, etc.

Anon, I know you are saying this, I am saying the cause of this is you have a lack where you should not have a lack of strength, because you have neglected that angle in exercise that led to an injury. I have experienced this exact problem before more than once.

Like for me, when doing boxing drills, doing jabs and crosses with proper hip rotation, I pulled a muscle in my butt repeatedly. The first time I thought it was an accident, the second I thought it was just because I hurt it before and then I focused on strengthening it via lunges, balance training, sprints and rotation about the trunk with medicine balls, sandbags, tires and a rock and now I do not pull it anymore because it's not weak anymore.

You are only as strong as your weakest muscle in a given range of motion. When you have felt that pain and weakness, you need to find an exercise that lets you hit it without hurting yourself. Maybe do some pole assisted pistol squat negatives? For me, I can spring up from any position on the ground to my feet because I have very strong hip and leg joints, along with all the muscles that move them. The last time I did weighted pistol squats I hit 1.5x bodyweight via sandbags, which in my case is fairly substantial.

Because this has got to be a joint thing or a weird flexibility thing not a muscle itself, because I could do it fine but well whatever
Still not doing pistol squats on it again, I really don't like the angle

As far as joint rotation stuff goes, bands are SUPER useful if you get the nice ones and then one of those nylon door catch loops, makes them very versatile. The first time I did donkey kicks as a hip strength exercise was with bands and I had no idea that many muscles were involved in that motion.
Anonymous
>>132571 #
Could be tendons but that's also still a strength issue.
Anonymous
>>132578 #
well then it was flexibility because it was at the limit of that knees side movement
>>132581 #
Anonymous
>>132580 #
So, you need to work on your knees strength in the axis of rotation about the joint, which is fairly easily done, gladly. Highly recommend getting a set of bands and a door catch for that. Sit down and put the band around your ankle, load the band while sitting and rotate away from the band for however many reps. Ideally, for strength 4-12 reps until failure for 2-3 sets.
>>132582 #
Anonymous
>>132582 #
Put your elbow on your desk, do an arm wrestling motion with that arm. BOOM that for your knee.
>>132582 #
Anonymous
>>132582 #
Inwards and outwards, ideally. You should not strengthen only one side of a muscle group. It's like strengthening hamstrings without strengthening quads.
Anonymous
>>132582 #
You can also do isometrics and explosive isometrics if you care to do that. Sometimes that's all I do for the day because it works and it's fairly low impact. Works great for building the muscles for explosive movement.

Obviously, but most critical military and logistics infrastructure is dual use. Look at Iran. The major bridges and railways were bombed by the US because they could be used for shipping troops. The power plants supply power to IRGC facilities (datacenters in the US). I don't think blowing up your local bridge to own ZOG is a good thing, but there are a handful of major bridges, roads, railways, ports etc that are logistics bottlenecks in the US and they would be natural targets for an insurgency.

Highest damage is being done when something ... is actually needed to be used right now. It is like factories preferring reliable but more expensive hardware because the economic damage within a single day when something is not being produced is way higher than compared to the 10x price difference of the actual hardware. When ZOG is not going to actually use a bridge urgently then bombing it means they will just find some way to increase taxes and get the damage undone. Tbh I hoped to see some sabotage against US military during Iran war but I guess the sleeper cells are not real.

You're never going to paralyze an enemy but if you make them replace a real bridge with a temp built for engineers, you're reducing throughput and the amount of weight that the bridge can hold. Think of the Abrams tank, it's basically unusable outside of europe and the US because it's so heavy that most bridges can't handle the weight of one.

I didn't mean for you to take it as literally the bridge next door. Bombing something next to you because it's relatively easy and "the jews might use it someday" is retarded. Insurgencies don't last without popular support and acting like niggers is a fast way to lose that. As someone who does not glow but may know those who do.
I've said my thoughts before. Fair and foul, legit and illegitimate.
Collateral is the only tangible thing to make deals work given the lack of god and care for reputation.
Ergo, no collateral, deals don't work.
No one to deal with also does not work.
For changes to happen, fair methods need to be proposed in addition to the latent but serious threat of unfair methods.

My argument in favour of this is that this is what one's opposition has and does do.

>don't require making any sketchy acquaintances
So are you ever going to explain what the fuck this means? Is buying tannerite at a gun store with cash somehow "sketchy"? Millions of people do that every year.

I don't admire the Iranian state. I just don't get why you hate them. Is it because of the tranny thing or the boomers running it? I understand both.
