This one was basically just the lore for how Section 9 was assembled, there's a bigger plot to ARISE, but the android saying it had a ghost (soul) whispering to it was a nice touch echoed throughout the rest of the series/seasons

the amputee stuff (after the end credits made me notice) is a bit much for me but maybe I'm just too critical because of the prosthetic limb push in transhuman western media in recent years
